Cohen's kappa coefficient is a statistical measure of inter-rater agreement or inter-annotator agreement for qualitative (categorical) items. Weighted kappa lets you count disagreements differently and is especially useful when codes are ordered.

accuracy vs. precision，兩個中文翻譯同為精確性，但在統計的領域裡卻有著完全不同的意義，accuracy是效度中的精確性，precision則是信度中的精確性，兩者為獨立存在。
